Mr. India International and Miss India International World Finals 2008

All contestants must arrive in Trinidad between Sunday 2^nd November and Monday 3^rd November, 2008

Please note we will be providing FREE accommodation for all contestants during the 2^nd and 3^rd since it is compulsory for every participant to arrive within these two days, but you must arrive before Tuesday 4^th November 2008.

All contestants must arrive before the first Day of pageant events

Days: Sunday 2^nd to Monday 3^rdNovember 2008

Mr. & Miss India International Organization Officials will make appropriate promotional appearances for all participants as they arrive at the official host hotel in Trinidad.

Day 1: Tuesday 4^th November 2008

First meeting with Mr. & Miss India International Organization Officials, collecting of all information, auction gifts and signing of contracts at the official host hotel in Trinidad.

Day 2: Wednesday 5^th November 2008

All day tours, site seeing, visiting famous sites in Trinidad, rehearsals and pre pageant judging briefing and other important events of this nature.

Day 3: Thursday 6^th November 2008

All Day rehearsals and preparations for National Costume and Talent, Indian Wear, Sports Wear, and Personal Interview and Intelligence Segments, one on one with the judges, Official pre judging.

Day 4: Friday 7^th November 2008

All day rehearsal at the venue and promotional television appearances in the evening of Mr. & Miss India International finals.

Day 5: Saturday 8^th November 2008

All day preparations for Coronation Night of Mr. & Miss India International competition, prize giving and Coronation Ball and Photos of Winners.

Day 6: Sunday 9^th November 2008

1^st official press conference with winners.

Mr. & Miss India International Delegates begin to depart for home.

This is our proposed itinerary which is subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.
